Massages
Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy massage is ideal for emotional healing and can:
- Lift your mood
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Ease symptoms of depression
- Relieve muscle tension and pain
The massage combines gentle pressure with essential oils, chosen by the therapist or to your own preference. You receive a full-body massage, breathe in the oils through a diffuser and absorb them through the skin. Usually you keep only your underwear on.

Sports massage
Sports massage is a good choice for injuries caused by repetitive muscle use. It can also help improve flexibility and athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.
You can have a sports massage clothed or unclothed. If you prefer to keep your clothes on, make sure they are thin and loose and give the therapist access to your muscles — loose shorts and a vest work well.

Treatment massage
Treatment massage is an excellent option for anyone suffering from back and neck pain. It is designed to target the areas of the back and neck where pain and stiffness tend to build up — from long hours of sitting, poor posture, stress or physical strain.
A range of techniques is used to relieve pain and improve mobility. This can include deep-tissue massage, which works on releasing tension and knots in the deeper layers of muscle.

Oil massage
Oil massage is a gentle full-body massage — ideal for first-timers, for anyone carrying a lot of tension, and for those who are sensitive to touch. It helps loosen muscle knots and brings complete relaxation.
During the massage you undress, but may keep your underwear on, and you are covered with a sheet on the table. The therapist uses techniques such as kneading, long strokes towards the heart, deep circular movements, vibration and passive joint movements.
